Part of my Yoga project is to find out if I can increase my energy with a regular yoga practice. I will use the rubric below to evaluate whether I am feeling an increase in my energy and whether I would attribute it to my yoga practice. I will also keep a journal to help understand this. Thanks Andrea. I’m not sure if it’s necessary to pay money when there are so many good videos on YouTube, but I’m glad I can try them out first.
Perhaps you can start by meeting and informally interviewing someone in the community who provides photography classes. Or someone who does it as a hobby.
